Why I want Staff

Now lets get down to Why I want staff. I want Staff for THREE reasons. These reasons are too protect the server, show helpfulness and kindness, and help contribute to the server. How can I do these things you might ask. Well I can protect the server from rule breakers such as Hackers, Griefers, Advertisers, and much more. Now Hackers are very annoying but it might just be possible to just talk about it, we should just calm down and talk to them. Ask them to stop, I bet you're thinking wow CHAMPion that’s the worst idea ever well its not, I tried it and it worked a lot. So maybe we could do the same for this server. Ask them politely and say “_____ could you please stop, it would mean a lot to us if you could”. If they wish to stop then that's a wonderful thing but if they wish to continue then we must give them consequences. The next rule breaker would be advertisers. Now advertisers are annoying as well but like I said we can talk and take it delicately with them. These guys just announce their server or another server ip out loud so other people can join it, but they need to be removed. If they were not removed then things could get bad. Lots of players would leave and barely anyone would be on you server which is not good. So we should ask them politely to stop and if they refuse to do so then they shall also receive consequences.
